Today in India and Bollywood-and-entertainment-crazed NRIs (and ever crazier non-Indians like me) across the globe are celebrating Madhuri Dixit’s birthday!
So… who made the list and who didn’t. In what positions were my biases placed?
I took a look at my IMDb whack history to see how many actual new-to-me films I had caught this past 2013, and made up a list of thirty films I loved seeing for the first time.
Customary end of the year list I do for Cinencuentro, with my record-breaking 120 films.
YES! I did it. It’s been sitting on my To Do List for over two years, but I finally did it.
Another year, another list of my favorite and most memorable tracks of 2013.
I gotta admit, I had to work extra hard to make the categories fit with the films this year.
It’s been… maybe three months since I started out with Jenna’s Beginner’s Guide to Indian Cinema. What’s the journey been like?
We’re nearly 3 months away from the end of the year, and though 2013 still seems to be a rather lackluster year (again), I had some time to look back at last year…
